No previous care experience? No problem. We provide full paid training and ongoing support, giving you everything you need to confidently begin a rewarding career in care.
We're particularly looking for people who can commit to 25+ hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 35 hours depending on your availability.

Many of our Care Assistants have previously worked in customer-facing roles where compassion, communication, patience and reliability were already part of their everyday skills.
You don't need to have worked in care before — your existing experience could be a fantastic foundation for a career in homecare.
What you'll be doing
You'll help older and vulnerable adults remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes by providing:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Light household tasks
- Shopping and community outings
- Support with daily routines
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
No two visits are ever the same, but every visit gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone's day.
Who we're looking for
You don't need previous care experience — we're looking for people with the right values and attitude.
You'll be:

If you've worked in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, education, childcare or another people-focused role, many of your existing skills will transfer perfectly into care.
Hours & Availability
We are particularly looking for CareGivers who can work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays.
We have a range of hours available across these days, including early mornings, evenings and split shifts. You don't need to be available for every shift or all four days, but good availability across Thursday–Sunday is especially valuable at the moment.
Hours are also available across Monday–Wednesday.
Minimum Availability Requirements
To provide consistent care for our clients, applicants must be able to commit to:
✅ At least 2 evening shifts per week – approximately 4:00pm–10:00pm ✅ At least 2 morning shifts per week – approximately 7:00am–12:00pm ✅ Alternate weekends – Saturday and/or Sunday ✅ Availability across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts ✅ 25+ hours per week
Please note: Two evenings per week, two early morning shifts starting from 7:00am and alternate weekend availability are essential requirements for this role. Due to the needs of our clients, we are unable to offer a school-hours-only pattern of 9:00am–2:00pm.

You'll travel between clients' homes, so a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required for this role.
