They are seeking a Full Stack Web Engineer to take ownership of their company website and digital presence, focusing on architecture, performance, security, and user experience. Responsibilities: - End-to-end development and maintenance of our company website - Site architecture, hosting, performance optimization, and deployment pipelines - Building new pages, features, and interactive components - Improving SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and conversion funnels - Managing integrations (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, applicant tracking, etc.) - Monitoring uptime, security, and system reliability - Refactoring and modernizing web infrastructure as needed - Acting as the technical decision-maker for our web stack Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years building and shipping production web applications - At least undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or similar degree - Strong frontend engineering skills (React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks) - Solid backend experience (Node.js, Python, or PHP) - Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and performance optimization - Experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) - Comfortable working in Linux environments and using Git - Experience deploying and managing sites in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines - Strong debugging instincts and bias toward clean, maintainable code Preferred Qualifications: - Have worked at an early-stage startup - Have owned a website end-to-end before - Care about performance metrics and conversion data - Have experience in B2B SaaS or technical product marketing - Are excited about defense, geopolitics, or national security Required Skills: Frontend engineering, Backend experience, Web application development Important Skills: Relational databases, Cloud environments, Docker Nice-to-Have Skills: Git, Performance optimization, Debugging, Responsive design Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision coverage for employee and dependents, 401k matching program, PTO and Holidays, Bonus and other incentive programs, Access to mental health program, Access to Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care, Dependent and Commuter
