IT Administrator Location: Mumbai, India What You Can Expect: IT Infrastructure & Operations Manage end-user computing, network infrastructure, and on-site IT setups Coordinate hardware procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle tracking Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi deployments, firewalls, and connectivity Ensure high availability and uptime of IT systems - Conduct site assessments and IT readiness checks Applications Management Coordinate enterprise applications (ERP/WMS/TMS) Manage user access and onboarding/offboarding Work with vendors for support and enhancements Support integrations (API/EDI) Ensure smooth deployment of IT tools IT Security & Compliance Implement IT security policies aligned with global standards Manage endpoint security, antivirus, and patching Support audits and compliance checks - Coordinate incident response Ensure data protection and access governance IT Financial Management & Governance Track IT budgets, vendor invoices, and cost allocations Support procurement processes and vendor negotiations \ Maintain asset registers and reconciliation - Monitor IT spend vs budget - Prepare cost visibility reports Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as bridge between local and global IT teams Participate in regional/global IT discussions Provide clear updates and documentation Align with global IT standards ​ What You Bring: Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and IT Financials Hands-on troubleshooting ability Excellent English communication skills Experience with networking, systems, and ITSM tools preferred
