The Software Developer Intern is responsible for assisting developers in resolving technical software issues through troubleshooting and support. Responsibilities: - Collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship - Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours - Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL - Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship - A solid foundation in Javascript is required Required Skills: Javascript Benefits: Learning & Development Activities: Approximately 6-8hrs per Week of these activities including: Group Project, Meet the Leader Sessions, Mentorship Program, and classes focused on professional growth
