Summary: RF-SMART is seeking a motivated Product Strategy Intern to join their Product Strategy & Management team. The intern will create tools and prototypes to enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction, while also engaging in various learning and development activities. Responsibilities: - Create tools and prototypes that make our team more effective and our customers more satisfied Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship - Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours - Available to work 40 hours per week in our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL or US West Office in Highlands Ranch, CO - Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship - A foundation in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is required Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding and experience with databases, APIs, Python, and Node are desired - Experience in leveraging AI to solve problems is highly valued Required Skills: JavaScript, CSS, HTML Important Skills: Python, Node, APIs, Databases, AI problem-solving Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Learning & Development Activities: Approximately 5-6 hours per week of these activities including: Group Project, Meet the Leader Sessions, Mentorship Program, and classes focused on professional growth
