Summary: Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to drive AI-powered business transformation at their Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver innovative technology solutions focused on generative AI and process automation. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations to identify automation and AI opportunities - Facilitate workshops to uncover pain points, define use cases, and align on solution direction - Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Design AI-driven and automation-enabled solutions, including workflows, integrations, and system interactions - Partner with IT and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned solutions - Develop and refine prompts and workflows for AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, and Databricks - Monitor AI outputs for quality, bias, and accuracy, and help implement guardrails and best practices - Stay current with emerging AI and automation trends to continuously improve solutions - Analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and identify efficiency gains - Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and adoption tracking - Create documentation such as standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base content - Support User Acceptance Testing ensuring solutions meet business expectations - Build dashboards and reports to track performance, usage, and business impact - Measure return on investment and continuously optimize deployed solutions - Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot - Deliver training sessions and workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences - Develop practical resources such as prompt libraries and workflow guides to drive adoption Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field - 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related IT role - Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, or Databricks - Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions - Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies - Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in consumer package goods or manufacturing environments - Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or AWS Step Functions - Certifications in business analysis, AI or machine learning fundamentals, or related areas - Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or data pipeline concepts Required Skills: Generative AI tools, Prompt engineering, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, Business analysis, Solution design, Process mapping, Continuous improvement methodologies, Analytics tools, Power BI, Excel, Facilitation Benefits: Role is eligible for 5% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
