Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with assigned business units to identify best practices, drive performance, increase efficiencies, and optimize the use of sales tools in the market
- Serve as a key resource by implementing continuous improvement opportunities and providing analytics for measuring and reporting sales performance results
- Execute best practice Go to Market strategies through comprehensive training and professional development programs, including participation in new sales onboarding and local training efforts
- Act as a liaison between sales and other organizational units, ensuring effective onboarding and training of local sales teams to support business strategies and objectives
- This person is tasked with supporting the sales department with regards to all aspects of strategic go-to-market initiatives: Sales Process Standardization, Analysis & Measurement, Training and Development, and Customer segmentation
- Travel as required up to 75% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience
