They are seeking a forward-thinking AI Intern to join their HR and AI Teams, playing a pivotal role in the lifecycle of HR AI initiatives from data preparation to deployment and engagement analysis. Responsibilities: - Support Development: Assist in building and refining existing and new HR AI Agents - Fine-Tuning & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing and iterative fine-tuning to ensure agent responses are accurate, compliant, and empathetic - Dataset Engineering: Lead the preparation, cleaning, and labeling of high-quality training data to improve agent "intelligence" and reduce bias - AI Engagement: Contribute to and support the AI at Revvity Space on RISE, AI User Clubs, and AI Month events by assisting with workshops, prompting contests, and preparing live AI demos - Critical Thinking Pilot: Provide dedicated support to our "Critical Thinking Pilot" by assisting in the creation of a research bot within RevvityAI to conduct studies, focusing primarily on the "AI-enabled performance tasks" Required Qualifications: - Familiarity with Python, LLM prompting, or No-Code/Low-Code AI agent builders - Strong data curation skills and an eye for detail (essential for training data and testing) - Ability to question AI outputs and analyze the ethical implications of automated systems Required Skills: Python, LLM prompting, No-Code/Low-Code AI agent builders, Data curation
