We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn sales, build confidence, and grow within a supportive team environment. Prior sales experience is not required — we provide full training. What You’ll Do • Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners • Start conversations and identify interest in window upgrades • Schedule appointments for our Marketing Directors • Track daily activity and work toward performance goals • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching This role focuses on communication, consistency, and effort — not high-pressure selling.
