Job Description
Summary: Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to enhance health plans' operational capabilities. The Legal Intern will support the Legal department by optimizing workflows, conducting legal research, and developing resources to aid in corporate governance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building legal playbooks, guidance materials, and internal documentation to support business teams
- Help improve legal workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for contract review, research, and knowledge management
- Support corporate governance matters, internal policy development, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Conduct legal research on healthcare regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and emerging health technology regulations
- Prepare concise summaries and practical guidance for internal stakeholders
- Design and deploy a centralized legal resource hub (e.g., Confluence) containing FAQs, policy summaries, contract guidance, and approval pathways
- Develop and implement at least one AI-enabled workflow or agent to support legal operations (e.g., contract issue spotting, regulatory research assistant, policy summarization, or intake triage)
Required Qualifications:
- Current JD or LLM student enrolled in an accredited law school
- Coursework or demonstrated interest in Contracts, Health Law, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Technology Law
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- JD/LLM candidates with prior exposure to healthcare, technology law, or legal operations preferred
