Summary: Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans greater control over their Quality Improvement programs. The Customer Success Operations Intern will support building scalable operational infrastructure across onboarding, lifecycle management, reporting, and knowledge management. Responsibilities: - Enhancing Customer Success processes and documentation - Supporting lifecycle management workflows - Assisting with reporting and analytics efforts - Helping build and organize internal knowledge repositories - Contributing to operational standardization initiatives - Process Documentation & Standardization – Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Knowledge Management Development – Centralize and standardize internal documentation, audit storage locations, and build customer “At a Glance” overview templates - Analytics & Reporting Support – Assist with reporting, dashboard upkeep, and data organization Required Qualifications: - Strong written communication - High attention to detail - Proficiency with Excel / Smartsheet / PowerPoint - Analytical mindset - Interest in SaaS or customer strategy Preferred Qualifications: - Business Analytics - Data Analytics - Operations Management - Management Information Systems (MIS) Required Skills: Excel, Analytical mindset Important Skills: Smartsheet, PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: Interest in SaaS, Interest in customer strategy, High attention to detail
