Your Role:

Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Exceed company budgets, KPIs, and store performance goals

Ensure the store’s presentation is always top-notch

Lead visual merchandising efforts with a commercial mindset

Provide regular training and mentoring to your team

About You:

Minimum 2 years of fashion retail management experience

Experience leading a team of 3 or more

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Passionate about fashion and delivering superior customer service
