We’re looking for outgoing, confident individuals to join our team as In-Store Sales Promoters! You’ll engage with shoppers inside our Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores , introduce them to our home improvement services, and set appointments for our experts to follow up.

Part-time and Full-Time Opportunities Available!
Must be available Friday-Sunday
$20-25/hr + uncapped commission on every qualified lead

What you’ll do:

• Greet and engage customers
• Generate interest in HVAC products & services
• Set qualified appointments – no selling required
• Meet weekly lead goals
• Keep your display area looking sharp
