Dining Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dining Supervisor to take charge of our restaurant operations and lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and handling customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain quality control standards for all food and beverage offerings.
• Analyze staff evaluations and customer feedback to improve the overall dining experience.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs for store equipment are properly conducted.
• Achieve target revenues while maintaining agreed cost levels.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and operational expenses.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing staff.
• Attend quarterly Profit and Loss (P&L) meetings.
• Prepare and submit required store reports.
• Approve and process requests for replenishment of raw materials, products, and store supplies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related/equivalent course.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional in dealing with customers and staff.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Decisive, analytical, and critical thinker.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
