Job Description
Summary: ResMed is a leader in healthcare software, and they are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation efforts. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers across the US who operate and maintain Sleep Resupply programs, fueling pipeline growth for Brightree’s billing and business management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns to HME providers with Sleep Resupply programs, generating interest and uncovering new opportunities
- Lead Qualification: Use research, professional communication, and interviewing tactics to qualify prospects, ensuring they meet criteria for Sleep Resupply and are sales-ready for software demonstrations
- Pipeline Management: Create, manage, nurture, and report on all lead management activities, tracking volume, velocity, and value metrics to deliver consistent, high-quality leads to the sales team
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive acceptance of leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, especially those targeting Sleep Resupply segments
- Follow-Up & Nurturing: Proactively follow up and nurture contacts at various stages of interest, with a focus on converting Sleep Resupply prospects into qualified opportunities
- Target Identification: Identify, prioritize, and contact individual HME targets, leveraging data and market insights to focus on Sleep Resupply providers
- CRM Documentation: Document all activities and conversations in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of Sleep Resupply-related outreach and results
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed metric targets focused on driving adoption and revenue from Sleep Resupply HME prospects
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success in a phone sales environment, with the ability to build rapport, think quickly, and be assertive and persuasive in outbound communications
- Confident, persuasive, and clear communicator (written and verbal), able to engage all levels of an organization, from frontline staff to executive leadership
- Skilled at navigating corporate structures to identify decision-makers and understand the buying process for Sleep Resupply solutions
- Self-motivated, reliable, and high-energy, with excellent time management and a strong process orientation
- Experience with appointment scheduling at high velocity, especially for Sleep Resupply demos
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud/SaaS sales experience

- proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong Engage, Co-Pilot, and Office365
