Packaging Project Coordinator at Resideo in Aurora, IL

Summary: Resideo is a global manufacturer and distributor of technology-driven solutions for smart living. The Packaging Project Coordinator will provide hands-on project support for the Marketing Services Packaging team, assisting with the execution of packaging commercialization activities and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation through production. Responsibilities: - Creation of part numbers, BOM elements and accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate report out of project deliverables - Input status into project trackers and coordinate with cross functional teams - Responsible for routing files for release and coordination with various stakeholders on artwork markups and providing status reports - Provides to cross functional stakeholder's files and documentation on project details as needed Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing project coordination - Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid everchanging environment - Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills - Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline management - Strong team player able to execute the established process - Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information - Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and delivery of best practices - Ability to organize within assigned projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - High proficiency in Excel and working with data streams - Strong technical acumen and attention to detail - Experience in SAP/Oracle /Workfront/ systems desired - Familiar with large database management tools a plus Required Skills: Marketing project coordination, Project management software, Data management Important Skills: Excel proficiency, SAP/Oracle/Workfront experience Benefits: Life and health insurance, Life assistance program, Accidental death and dismemberment insurance, Disability insurance, 401k Plan, Vacation & holidays
