Job Description
Responsibilities
The intern will support active R&D NPI project initiatives by assisting with project planning, timeline tracking, risk logs, and team coordination. They will help organize program documentation, prepare team updates, and support process optimization activities within the project lifecycle. Specific NPI or sustaining project(s) to cover is TBD based on the pipeline at the time and where resource demand is most prevalent.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
Demonstrated interest in research, product development, or laboratory‑based experimentation within a regulated or technical environment.
Ability to follow defined testing protocols, document results accurately, and analyze experimental data with attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced R&D setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with lab equipment, CAD tools, or data analysis software is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings clearly.
