They are seeking a Commercial Finance Intern to support the Finance team by streamlining and modernizing core commercial finance reporting and analytical processes during an 8–12 week summer internship. Responsibilities: - Assist in streamlining and updating commercial finance reporting templates used for earnings support, organic growth analysis, revenue reporting by product line, and realized price analysis - Support efforts to automate recurring financial reports and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy - Help modernize historical reporting content and formats to align with the company’s current business structure - Collaborate with members of the commercial finance and sales operations teams to understand reporting needs and business context - Manage and execute multiple sub-projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are completed on time during the internship period Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field - Strong interest in commercial finance, financial reporting, and process improvement - Proficient in Excel - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in improving data accuracy and usability - Comfortable working with structured data and financial templates; interest in automation is a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Required Skills: Excel Important Skills: Commercial finance, Financial reporting, Process improvement Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical mindset, Task management Benefits: Paid time off, Health/dental/vision, Retirement benefits, Flexible spending accounts
