If you're a skilled trades professional who enjoys using a broad range of maintenance skills while serving as the team's plumbing expert, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, valves, drains, water lines, and related equipment throughout company properties.

- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, equipment failures, and other plumbing-related maintenance concerns.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, building systems, and facility equipment.
- Complete general building repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, door and hardware repairs, and other facility-related work.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of company grounds, buildings, equipment, and infrastructure at both commercial and residential properties.
- Assist with facility improvement projects, renovations, remodeling efforts, and equipment installations.
- Support electrical projects and other skilled maintenance functions under appropriate supervision.
- Collaborate with Facilities leadership and team members to prioritize maintenance requests and project work.
- Transport company vehicles and materials as needed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations, including plumbing, weather-related, spill response, and other facility emergencies.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, building codes, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous professional experience in plumbing, facilities maintenance, or a related skilled trade.
- Working knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems, repair methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to independently diagnose plumbing and general building maintenance issues.
- Experience performing building repairs and maintenance using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate maintenance equipment and lifts required for the role.
- Ability to safely drive a 26-foot truck.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or large campus environments.
- Experience in carpentry, painting, drywall repair, general construction, or related maintenance trades.
- Experience supporting multiple facility systems and maintenance disciplines.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and facility improvement projects.
Physical Requirements:
This position regularly requires:
- Climbing ladders and working at varying heights.
- Pushing and pulling tools, carts, materials, and equipment.
- Performing moderate to strenuous physical work indoors and outdoors.
- Lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds occasionally.
