Summary: Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is on a mission to revolutionize home improvement by providing top-tier remodeling services. The Field Brand Ambassador will engage with potential customers through in-person outreach, generate interest in services, and schedule free product demonstrations without the need for selling. Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces - Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation - Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required! - Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry - Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career Required Qualifications: - No experience required! - Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in - Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand - Availability to work afternoons and weekends - Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday - Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day) - Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events - Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without Required Skills: Outgoing personality Benefits: Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr, Top reps earn $80k+/yr, Full and part-time roles available, PTO available on Day 1, Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision
