Summary: Andersen Corporation is a leader in the window and door industry, and they are seeking a Consumer Finance Associate Specialist to service loan customers through various communication channels. The role involves processing loan applications, compiling necessary documents, and ensuring timely communication with customers and sales representatives. Responsibilities: - Working from the direction of the other specialists, leads and department manager, the Associate Consumer Finance Specialist will process opportunities, non-instant approvals and support requests, utilizing the associated systems, keeping up-to-date statuses and next action dates so the team can efficiently and effectively complete the work. In doing so, communicates to customers, sales reps and retailers when customer account status or additional information is required to resolve open items - For qualified customers, complete loan application data entry in the lender platform, review status of loan decisions, and track all workflow items and next action steps in the appropriate system. Communicate with the customer, sales rep and consumer finance specialist about the status of the application and next steps - Compile the appropriate documents to complete the loan, and ensure loans are signed in a timely manner. Send all documents and/or information to lender for final processing. Update the appropriate system on the status of the application and any issues. Communicate with the customer, sales rep, retailer and consumer finance specialist as appropriate - Handle routine, standard, repetitive administrative and reporting duties as assigned.
