companyDescription jobDescription As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Engineer. In this role, you will own the product engineering lifecycle for mixed-signal and power ICs, ensuring high-quality and efficient mass production. You will be responsible for ramp-up, yield optimization, and sustaining activities, working closely with cross-functional teams across design, test, and manufacturing. You will also participate in new product introduction, including qualification activities, evaluation of characterization results, and definition of production limits to ensure optimal balance between yield, quality, and customer requirements. Required skills BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline Knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics with hands-on experience Programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar) for data analysis and automation Experience in statistical data analysis and problem-solving methodologies Project management skills, with ability to drive tasks and coordinate cross-functional activities Intermediate English both written and spoken Effective communication skills and proactive, results-driven mindset Would be a plus: Experience in product engineering, test engineering, or data analysis within semiconductor industry Knowledge of electrical measurement techniques and characterization methods Understanding of IC manufacturing flow and technologies Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire) Experience in Product Engineering or relevant field (Data Analysis, Test Engineering, Semiconductors) Knowledge of electrical parameters measurement techniques Understanding of IC manufacturing flow, technology, and methodology Experience with TIBCO Spotfire Analyst qualifications Own the full product engineering lifecycle for power and mixed-signal ICs, from concept to mass production Define and optimize ATE test strategies, characterization plans, and safe ramp procedures for new products Set and maintain mass production test limits, guard bands, and outlier screening criteria to ensure product quality and yield Lead cross-functional teams (Test Engineering, QA, Design, Assembly, Supply Chain) to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement Analyze production and test data, identify yield loss drivers, and implement corrective actions for yield, quality, and throughput improvement Generate and review characterization reports, spec compliance matrices Drive qualification process Support and optimize lot disposition, excursion management, and RMA case resolution for both suppliers and customers Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior product engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and process excellence Continuously improve engineering analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., statistics, DOE, Spotfire) SYL, SBL limit definition and lot disposition optimization to ensure quality without excessive waste Communication with cross functional teams to resolve production issues All critical activities are done under supervision at entry stage. additionalInformation Friendly and highly professional team; Once a week all teams have corporate lunch; 28 working days paid vacation; Medical insurance; English classes; Flexible working hours; Professional & personal growth.
