The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation of Remsoft products for our clients, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and meets quality expectations. This role serves as a key point of coordination between Remsoft teams and clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, client‑focused, and experienced in leading complex projects. They are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, and maintaining clear communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including timelines, scope, resources, risks, and quality.
- Maintain open and transparent communication between Remsoft teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, document, and maintain project plans, policies, and procedures to support consistent execution.
- Coordinate and direct day‑to‑day project activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
- Review and assess requests for changes to scope, schedule, or budget and evaluate impacts prior to client submission.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project status meetings and review sessions to address issues, assess progress, and support decision‑
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Remsoft teams and client partners to deliver high‑quality work products and outcomes.
- Lead project risk and quality management efforts, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Language
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Software
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira or Wrike)
- Collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)
- Years of Experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing client‑facing projects, preferably within a software or technology environment.
Assets:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations
- Familiarity with formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
- Experience working with cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams
