About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and technically skilled Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of a key marketing channel for a global organization in the education and wellness space.

In this role, you will own the development, execution, and continuous optimization of the email marketing strategy, with a strong focus on enrollment, engagement, conversion, and retention.

The ideal candidate combines strong lifecycle marketing expertise with technical knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms, segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and email performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and segment email lists based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling email copy, visuals, and calls to action.
• Provide direction for responsive email templates across devices and browsers.
• Build and optimize automated email flows and customer journeys, including targeting, messaging, frequency, timing, and journey length.
• Develop and execute A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key email KPIs, including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
• Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• C1–C2 professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Excellent copy-editing capabilities for email marketing content.
• Experience using AI-powered predictive personalization within email marketing platforms.
• Relevant email marketing or digital marketing certifications.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for more than someone who simply executes email campaigns. The ideal candidate can own email as a strategic growth channel, understand customer behavior, develop lifecycle journeys, and continuously improve results through data and experimentation.

You should be equally comfortable working with creative content and copy as you are analyzing performance metrics, configuring automation workflows, managing segmentation, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and retention.

What We Offer

• 100% remote work.
• Full-time opportunity.
• Ownership of a key digital marketing channel.
• Opportunity to work on sophisticated lifecycle and conversion-focused email strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
