About us:

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading companies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.

About the Client

Our client is a growing U.S.-based company specializing in wood repair, restoration, and preservation services for residential properties.

They operate through a network of local franchise locations across the U.S. and are focused on providing homeowners with high-quality solutions to repair and preserve existing wood rather than replace it.

They are looking for a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to join their centralized Connect Center and help support both customers and franchise locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, stays organized, follows through on tasks, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The client values a natural communication style and wants someone who feels more like a helpful neighbor than someone simply reading from a script.

• Escalate customer, franchise, or system-related issues when needed.
• Support additional Connect Center tasks during downtime, including social media comments, Google reviews, and other customer-facing activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, sales, or similar experience.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and natural, personable communication style.
• Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule.

• Experience with appointment scheduling or lead follow-up.
• Sales or lead-generation experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
