SWE – Python / TypeScript at Relevance Lab in Remote

We are evaluating vendor participation for an upcoming Technology hiring engagement, with the potential to become a steady and recurring opportunity. Please review the attached JD carefully. We are looking for partners who can consistently deliver relevant, pre-screened profiles within a 24–48 hour TAT.

Please find the payouts (all inclusive from Hurix):

For USA, $80/hour and $90/hour for exceptional candidates

For LATAM, $50hour and $60/hour for exceptional candidates

For Canada, $25/hour and $35/hour for exceptional candidates

Key points to note:

· Role: Senior SWE – Python / TypeScript | 3-month contract | Immediate start

· Geography: USA (approved regions) & Canada; LATAM only for exceptional talent

· Availability: Min. 20 hrs/week & 4 hrs/day, with 4-hour PST overlap

· Preference: Talent from Tier 1 companies/universities

· LinkedIn profile is mandatory and must be included in the resume

· This is a contractor assignment & does not include medical benefits or paid leave

· Candidates currently working with Microsoft should not be submitted

· Evaluation: KYC → 30-min Technical & Cultural Interview → Technical Assessment

Vendor Participation:

Please respond only if you can genuinely support the required geography and maintain a steady daily flow of quality profiles within the 24–48 hour TAT. We are looking for quality over volume—please pre-screen against the attached JD and avoid bulk or loosely matched submissions.

To demonstrate your sourcing capability, please share 2–3 relevant resumes with your response, rather than only confirming your interest. If this engagement opens as expected, we anticipate a regular flow of requirements from the client and would like to build a focused pool of dependable partners who can consistently deliver on quality, relevance and TAT.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
