Responsibilities: - Enhancing and debugging web features, participating in requirements gathering, and design reviews - Maintaining process flow and documentation and working from written specifications and guidelines - Collaborating with internal teams to bring a web design mockup to life in the browser - Modeling components and integrating them into content management systems, considering both the end-user and authoring experience - Performing ad hoc tasks, depending on your skills and our needs Required Qualifications: - Formal training in computer science or web development, either through a 4-year college program or immersive professional training program - Strong skills in semantic HTML, modern CSS, and familiarity with SCSS - Strong skills with TypeScript or 'vanilla' JavaScript, and object-oriented programming concepts - Experience in server-side technologies, such as PHP, SQL, WordPress, and Drupal - Ability to leverage AI responsibly and effectively to enhance development while writing self-documenting, scalable code - Ability to use established development tools, guidelines, and conventions, including Visual Studio Code, and Git source control - Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, ability to consult and collaborate with senior management and clients - Contribute toward estimating timelines and effectively following them - Ability to meet tight deadlines - Possess a collaborative, team-player attitude - Be eager to learn by doing, with a curious problem-solving attitude, and take initiative - Be willing and able to receive, incorporate, and provide peer feedback Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Figma, PatternLab, Storybook.js, and design system concepts Required Skills: Semantic HTML, CSS, SCSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Object-oriented programming, PHP, SQL, WordPress, Drupal, AI-assisted development, Visual Studio Code, Git, Figma, PatternLab, Storybook.js, Design systems, receive, provide feedback
