Summary: REI Co-op is dedicated to discovering and celebrating better ways of working to support a love for the outdoors. The Operations Specialist role involves ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and available for customers while maintaining the store's cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities:
- Unload and distribute merchandise from replenishment shipments
- Price, organize, hang, or distribute merchandise and REI stocking policies and procedures
- Help with sale preparation and recovery, process damaged or returned merchandise
- Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products
- Provides maintenance services to all areas of the store
- Organizes and maintains store warehouse, supplies, and fixtures
- Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and services
- Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
