Summary: REI Co-op is an outdoor retail organization dedicated to helping people discover and pursue a love of the outdoors. The Store Sales Specialist will assist customers, provide product and membership recommendations, facilitate transactions, promote REI goods and services, and support merchandise organization and store operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and including special tickets sales
- Maintain visual standards with store management, merchandising, and sales leads
- Engage in REI Sales & Service Training and promote REI goods and services
- Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products
- Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and including special tickets sales
