Introduction

At Regional, we're building a national, omnichannel lender where customers can reach us in our branches, by phone, and online, and get the same personal service every time. Customer obsession drives every decision we make, and we're investing in modern technology and AI-powered tools to make each interaction faster, simpler, and more personal. For you, that means less time on paperwork, more time helping customers reach their goals, and a front-row seat as we shape the future of personal lending.

We believe your career should grow as fast as you're willing to push it: many of our executive leaders started exactly where you would, as a Loan Specialist, and built their way up to leading their own district through our structured training and development programs. Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the future of financial services.
