Job Description
Summary: Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer committed to innovation and sustainability. The Quality Engineering Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience in quality systems and manufacturing optimization, allowing interns to work alongside experienced engineers to solve real-world challenges in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations
- Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions
- Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems
- Presenting findings and recommendations to peers and leadership
- Participating in mentorship and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to candidates who are a ‘U.S. Person', which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted asylum in the United States, and refugees in the United States, or who otherwise can qualify for a license that permits them to hold the position
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering degree, or a related field
- Graduation date of Winter 2026 or later
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and with all levels of the organization
- Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional team environment
- Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues that are identified through the manufacturing process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience preferred
