Summary: Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Business Services Intern in their Junior or Senior year. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties related to supporting our Members and the Business Services team. Responsibilities: - Foster positive relationships with other Redwood Credit Union team members - Support the Business Services team - Collaborate on projects in Business Services to help streamline processes - Partner with other business lines to integrate with Business Services - Interact with business owners over the phone Required Qualifications: - Strong service orientation - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook - Customer service experience - Basic math skills - Interest in learning how businesses operate - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing - Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment - Must be a Junior or Senior in college with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA - Ability to provide a recent transcript will be required during the interview process Preferred Qualifications: - Business Administration/Management - Finance - Communications Required Skills: Customer service experience, Basic knowledge of MS Excel Important Skills: Basic math skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Service orientation, Interest in business operations
