Summary: Red Ventures is a global portfolio of high-growth companies, and they are seeking an Associate Software Engineer Intern for their Launch program. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to drive the growth of customer-facing websites and digital marketing technologies while collaborating with experienced teams to enhance product quality and consistency. Responsibilities: - Associate Software Engineer Interns at Red Ventures drive the growth and development of customer-facing websites, social API integrations, and proprietary digital marketing technologies - You’ll collaborate with our award-winning teams to implement, test, and improve our products, while ensuring top quality and consistency across various applications within our platform - Design, build, and maintain tools and systems to be used by millions of customers around the globe Required Qualifications: - Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree such as (but not limited to) business, data analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a combination of these - Internship start date in our June 2026 cohort - Strong grit and learning mentality when faced with challenging projects, unfamiliar technology, and ambiguous business problems - Willingness to innovate by exercising discernment, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and creativity using limited information - Bias to action and a committed, intrinsically motivated effort toward raising the bar through constant learning and improvement - Ability to collect, mine, and manipulate data from disparate data sources, with a willingness to dig deeper and understand the process that creates data - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and capability of coming up with creative ideas to create value for consumers and businesses - Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated - BUT - also a team player with no ego, a competitive spirit, and great sense of humor - Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization, with hands-on experience working directly or indirectly on a related problem.
