Job Description
Summary: Red Ventures is a global portfolio of high-growth companies, and they are seeking an AI Intern for their People Operations team. The role involves conducting structured discovery with HR stakeholders to identify workflow opportunities, designing AI-powered solutions, and contributing to a culture of experimentation with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured discovery with HR and business stakeholders to identify high-friction, high-impact workflow opportunities
- Prioritize opportunities based on time savings, scalability, and business impact, and translate them into actionable AI-enabled solutions
- Design, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency across areas like performance management, workforce planning, documentation, reporting, and manager support
- Build structured prompt libraries, lightweight automations, and internal tools that augment HRBP and people leader workflows
- Pilot new tools with small user groups, gather feedback, and refine based on adoption and impact
- Document processes, measure time savings and effectiveness, and help build a roadmap for future HR innovation efforts
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation by researching emerging AI technologies and identifying practical applications for a fast-paced organization
Required Qualifications:
- Graduating Summer 2027 with an undergraduate degree in any relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines)
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies and how they can transform how teams work
- Experience using tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Zapier, or similar platforms to solve real problems
- Comfort working with ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Strong systems thinking; you naturally look for patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve how things operate
- Ability to translate business problems into practical technical or workflow solutions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and communicate results clearly
- Bias to action, willingness to experiment, and comfort iterating quickly
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and self-directed, but also collaborative, low ego, and energized by building with others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in people strategy, organizational effectiveness, or the future of work is a plus, but not required
