We're looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team and work on an exciting international project in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Location

• Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

What you'll do

• Provide support to customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist users with account, billing and payment-related questions.
• Troubleshoot account access and platform-related issues.
• Guide customers in using the platform's features and services.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting service standards.

What we're looking for

• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus.
