Position Summary The Parts Counter Associate supports customers and service teams by managing parts sales, inventory, and logistics. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on accuracy, organization, and customer service. This position is safety-sensitive Requirements Key Responsibilities Process parts orders, sales, and invoices Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts Assist customers and technicians with parts needs Track orders, backorders, and returns Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Use electronic parts catalogs and systems Keep the workspace clean and safe Qualifications Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day Valid driver’s license Why Join RECO?
