Summary: Recall Masters, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to support their revenue-driving teams while gaining exposure to broader business operations. This role provides a well-rounded experience across sales support, marketing coordination, and operational execution. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records to ensure accuracy and completeness - Assist with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and activity logging - Support outbound campaign preparation and follow-up tracking - Conduct data cleanup and validation initiatives - Perform market, competitor, and industry research - Assist with campaign tracking and performance reporting - Help prepare marketing materials and internal summaries - Assist with planning and coordination of conferences and industry events - Support attendee tracking, materials preparation, and logistics - Track leads and follow-ups generated from events - Compile weekly and monthly reports for sales and marketing teams - Assist in tracking KPIs and performance metrics - Ensure timely, accurate, and organized reporting delivery - Assist with internal projects across departments (tracking, scheduling, follow-up) - Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks - Help improve internal processes and documentation Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems - Proactive, self-motivated mindset - Strong time management and prioritization skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CRM systems Benefits: Fun, energetic, team-driven environment, Fully stocked breakroom and game center, Strong community involvement and volunteer opportunities, Opportunities for learning, development, and career growth
