Summary: Rebecca Kitson Law (RKL) is seeking a high-energy, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services Team as a remote Bilingual Intake Specialist. This role focuses on supporting prospective clients through the early stages of their immigration journey by conducting detailed screenings and building rapport with compassion and clarity. Responsibilities: - Conduct quality, detailed immigration screenings to help identify viable cases - Build rapport with compassion, active listening, and cultural humility - Screen accurately for information on family and humanitarian immigration options - Collect consultation fees and maintain organized consultation scheduling and documentation - Log intakes for legal assessment, track outcomes, and follow viable vs. non-viable procedures - Support reception to obtain new leads and help route client calls Required Qualifications: - Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) - Strong ability to build trust through a warm, compassionate, people-centered approach - Excellent attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and task tracking - Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay focused in a remote environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Windows computer required (not Mac) Preferred Qualifications: - Prior legal or immigration opening experience strongly preferred - Naturally calm, patient, and emotionally grounded during difficult conversations - Highly proactive and internally motivated - Knowledgeable with CRM and software such as Monday.com, Lawmatics, Microsoft, or similar Required Skills: Bilingual in Spanish, English Important Skills: CRM software knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Compassionate communication Benefits: Performance-based incentives, Paid training on RKL procedures and systems (you are expected to come ready with required skills), Paid U.S. holidays, Daily wellness breaks, Other bonuses to support well-being
