Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Origination & Market Sourcing
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential land acquisition opportunities, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and commercial mandates.
- Build and cultivate an active network of property owners, direct selling agents (DSAs), channel partners, corporate landlords, and institutional brokers.
- Track micro-market dynamics, land pricing trends, infrastructure projects, and regulatory changes to identify high-yield investment corridors.
