Job Description
ICG is looking for an exceptional Client Relations & Office Coordinator to become an important point of connection between our clients and our team.
This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, highly organized, proactive, dependable, and excellent with people. You will often be the first voice a potential client hears and will play an important role in making sure our clients feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of.
The right person can provide an exceptional client experience while keeping up with a busy, fast-moving office, incoming leads, phone calls, scheduling, follow-up, and multiple priorities.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership and follows through. If you say you'll call a client back, schedule an appointment, send information, or complete a task, we expect it to be handled without someone having to remind you.

- Professional and confident communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
- Excellent at providing high-level customer service

- Interested in growing with the company and taking on additional responsibility
