Summary: RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to manage assigned implementation projects and enhance client communication. The role involves scoping and configuring projects, training clients, and ensuring successful product utilization through best practices. Responsibilities: - Manage assigned implementation projects for Vas Onboarding prioritized products - Collect project requirements such as configuration documents, questionnaires, property list - Complete Kick off meeting with customers as needed. This task goes over product summary, requirements, implementation timelines, and best practices - Complete all configuration items assigned in the established SLA - Complete all follow up communication with the customer to keep project on track - Work cross functionally to resolve any issues with Customer success, Support, Product, and Sales teams - Monitor project progress and update clients accordingly - If tasks for project completion are distributed across the team, the consultant is responsible for assigning those tasks within the established SLA and ensure that they are completed - Deliver final project within the established SLA - Complete final training call and provide best practices to customer Required Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft 360 products - Strong Critical Thinking skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent customer service skills - Basic understanding of project management and CRM tools Required Skills: Microsoft 360 products Important Skills: Customer service experience, Project management Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer service skills, CRM tools Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance., Retirement savings plan with company match., Paid time off and holidays., Professional development opportunities., Performance-based bonus based on position.
