Summary: RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Data and Analytics Developer Analyst II who will work with clients to analyze requirements and support product implementations. This role involves managing client implementations, performing SQL tasks, and serving as a subject matter expert on technical implementation best practices. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to gather, interpret, and clarify business requirements - Manage multiple client implementations while delivering high-quality customer service - Perform system setup and configuration, ensuring accuracy of complex data integrations and validating results against best practices - Identify and communicate risks, missing data, or defects that may delay implementations and drive resolution efforts - Provide pre and post implementation support for issues related to implementation processes - Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications - Follow departmental processes and procedures - Train new team members on daily workflows and administrative functions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation objectives Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in software implementations - 1–3 years of hands-on SQL experience (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL), including JOINs, aggregates, and core SQL functions - 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail - Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to identify key insights from complex information - Ability to support multiple departments by researching and resolving data-related issues - Experience developing automated or long-term solutions for recurring processes - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deliverables Required Skills: SQL, Software Implementations Important Skills: Salesforce, Postgres Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical Abilities Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance., Retirement savings plan with company match., Paid time off and holidays., Professional development opportunities., Performance-based bonus based on position.
