You will combine strong research and analytical foundations with creative strategic thinking. You will explore markets, audiences and competitors, turn insights into clear strategic recommendations, and help shape work that resonates with clients and their audiences. The role will mainly support senior strategists while offering strong scope to learn, collaborate internationally and progress as the team continues to grow.
What you’ll do

- Carry out category and competitor analysis, identifying the most relevant opportunities and challenges.
- Support senior strategy colleagues across global account work, strategic projects and client deliverables.
- Contribute to creative briefs, strategic narratives and presentations, making complex findings clear and engaging.
- Work closely with Creative, Client Services, Medical Education and wider cross-functional teams.
- Support new business pitches through research, insight development and strategic thinking.
- Present thinking confidently to internal teams and, as experience grows, to clients.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment.
This position is a perfect fit for you if
- You are curious, creative and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in understanding people and what drives them.
- You are a clear and engaging communicator who enjoys presenting ideas and contributing to discussion.
- You bring positive energy, ambition and a desire to develop within strategy.
- You can balance detailed research with the ability to step back, identify the key insight and tell a compelling story.
- You are collaborative, proactive and comfortable working across different disciplines and with colleagues in other markets.
- You are adaptable, organised and able to deliver high-quality work against deadlines.
- Our Company values - Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an “I” - really speak to you.
What you should have
- Approximately 3-5 years of strategy, planning, research or insight experience within an agency environment.
- Experience in healthcare advertising is welcome, but candidates from traditional consumer or AOR advertising agencies who are interested in moving into healthcare will also be considered.
- A strong foundation in market research, desk research, audience insight and competitor or category analysis.
- Experience working across more than one client, category, sector or therapy area.
- An understanding of how agency teams operate, including fast-paced delivery and changing priorities.
- Experience supporting new business pitches is useful but not essential.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to distil information into clear, persuasive recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and the potential to grow into greater strategic ownership over time.

At Real Chemistry, we believe we're at our best when we're connected. Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location. Some positions offer hybrid or remote flexibility, while others require regular in-office presence. While these guidelines reflect our current workplace model, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. If you require additional flexibility, we welcome an open conversation with your recruiter and our HR team to discuss your needs and determine what may be possible.
