Summary: Readystate Asset Management is a multi-strategy firm focused on generating attractive risk adjusted returns. As an Investment Analyst, you will perform key analyses, generate investment ideas, and collaborate with the investment team across various investment styles. Responsibilities: - Fundamental due diligence on existing and potential investments, including financial modeling and quantitative assessments of investments - Quantitative research/data analysis using market and non-traditional data - Idea generation and screening for investment opportunities using fundamental or quantitative techniques - Execution of ad hoc projects in collaboration with other team members Required Qualifications: - A passion for investing and curiosity about financial markets - Aptitude to perform fundamental analysis and identify key drivers of value - Strong communications skills and the ability to organize and condense unstructured information into a coherent investment thesis - Strong analytical skills, the ability to think differently and take initiative - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Python, R, and/or other data analytic tools (higher technical requirements for quantitatively focused analysts) Preferred Qualifications: - Finance and accounting background are helpful but not required Required Skills: Fundamental analysis, Financial modeling, Quantitative research, Data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Python, R, Investment valuation, Multi-strategy investing, Analytical thinking Internship Start Date: Start in 2027 Summer
