Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for precast projects across key markets
- Identify new business opportunities, build client pipelines, and expand customer base
- Drive brand awareness through client engagement, presentations, and industry networking
- Meet with clients, consultants, and developers to present Arto s precast solutions and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, projects) to provide accurate proposals and solutions
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with key customers
- Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies
- Support operational teams with demand forecasts and sales insights
- Inspire the team with a performance-driven, ethical and client-focused culture
