Residential Plumbing & HVAC Working Field Supervisor
Location: Raynham, Massachusetts

RCL Mechanical is a locally owned and operated business known for high-quality plumbing, AC, heating, and electrical services throughout Taunton, Bristol County, and the South Shore Region.
RCL Mechanical is committed to our employees and their growth—not only within the company, but within their community. The secret to our success is in the hands of our employees, and every employee has a voice here at RCL Mechanical!
The Position
RCL Mechanical is looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing & HVAC Working Field Supervisor who can represent our core values while providing strong technical leadership and support to our residential field team.
This is a hands-on, working supervisor position. This individual will not only supervise and support our technicians—they will also work in the field performing residential service, diagnostic, repair, and installation work as part of their regular responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who can lead from the field. One day you may be running your own service calls, and the next you may be assisting a technician with a difficult diagnosis, inspecting an installation, coaching a team member, or helping resolve a customer concern.
The Field Supervisor will work closely with our Service Manager to improve field efficiency, technical performance, quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced residential technician who can confidently perform the work themselves while also teaching and developing others.
Strong hands-on knowledge of all residential heating systems—including oil-fired heating equipment—is required for this role.
Our goal is simple: perform high-quality work, develop great technicians, take care of our customers, and consistently deliver a 5-star experience.
