Job Description
Summary: Raymond James is a financial services firm that provides a variety of financial products and services. The Technology & Services Investment Banking Analyst II will work with financial products, contribute to transaction processes, and lead multiple large projects requiring originality and ingenuity.
Responsibilities:
- Develops financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives for transactions
- Performs valuation analyses, including comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow analysis, on target companies
- Provides valuable input on equity offerings, valuations, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions advisory work
- Researches, analyzes, presents, and drafts documentation elements for developing transactions
- Develops client presentations
- Follows current events in respective industry groups and keeps bankers informed about critical issues in the news relevant to current and potential clients
- Maintains files related to active and prospective deals
- Maintains group databases, including the Deal Database and Weekly Status Reports
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Bachelor's: Accounting (Required)
- Bachelor's: Business Administration (Required)
- Bachelor's: Finance (Required)
- General Experience - 13 months to 3 years
