Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions across ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including custom applications and Service Portal design; develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts; manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Web Services; work on Flow Designer/Workflow automation; collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and technical solution design; ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards; conduct unit testing, support UAT, provide production support, and maintain technical documentation.
