Job Description

• Finding leads for potential sales opportunities

• Meeting with prospective clients

• Quote projects, follow up on leads and close sales

• Adhering to sales goals/ targets

• Assisting in Renovco showroom Sales

• Promote add on sales, project benefits and services such as installation

• Inform customers of current promotions and financing options

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Preparing scopes of work alongside the design department and project management

• Facilitate communication between the job, clients, company, suppliers and contractors.

• Resolving and troubleshooting job site issues.

Qualifications

• Previous sales field experience

• Bilingual

• Background/knowledge in construction/renovation

• Understanding of Building Codes

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work under Pressure and exceptional time management

• Professional and courteous disposition

• Valid driver’s license

• Estimating experience an asset
