Tech Programmer Coordinator at Quess in Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate customer onboarding for the Customer Self-Service Platform & Control Tower follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation across business units
• Maintain and update programme deployment trackers, adoption dashboards, and status reports
• Liaise with CS teams across Rail, Freight Forwarding, Express, CL, FTWZ, CFS, and Coastal for rollout coordination
• Support UAT activities, platform testing, and bug documentation during new capability releases
• Assist in preparing data inputs for Control Tower reporting, MBR/QBR decks, and NPS/CSAT tracking
• Prepare MOM, stakeholder communications, and workshop coordination material.

What We Are Looking For
• Fresh graduate Engineering, Business, or any relevant discipline
• Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based platforms
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in following up with multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of technology platforms or logistics operations is an advantage
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
